How it works
Step 1
Once registration details are received, the London Sperm Bank team will send the recipient a consent form to complete and return.
Step 2
We'll send all the donor's paperwork and sample quality to the fertility clinic via e-mail.
Step 3
The external fertility clinic confirms that they are happy with the paperwork and sample quality.
Step 4
We'll contact the fertility clinic and arrange a suitable date for the sample to be delivered.
